This isn’t exactly how I would decorate and design my room but I love the book shelves next to the bed, the separation between bed and sitting areas and especially the fireplace in the sitting room.

A beautiful, extravagant and decedent room. The ceiling mural is outstanding and there appears to be books on the balcony. I couldn’t live in a place like this. Just couldn’t.

I want this room. A normal place with a fireplace but it is a bit big for one human and two cats.

I am a classically trained musician (bassoon) who loves to draw and now works as a secretary for a police department (life happens).

I have two cats, love God, reading (particularly British cozy mysteries), classical music & composers (Beethoven, Vivaldi, etc.), symphony orchestras, art (realism being my favorite) and much, much more.

My favorite singers are Adam Lambert, Josh Groban, John Barrowman & Nancy Knote. Adam's guitarist, Tommy Joe Ratliff, unknowingly to him, motivated me to return to drawing after I quit years ago.

I have recently become interested in other pop/rock bands (surprise to me) but no one will ever replace Tommy or Adam.

I started this blog out to post my drawings of Tommy but it has turned out to reflect how I feel, what I love and what I find interesting and beautiful. You'll basically get to know a lot about me after viewing "My World in Grays."
